Concerned Youths for Change Nigeria (Africa) & Diaspora (CYCN)

Led by Tunji Ojolowo, popularly known as Horain, the Concerned Youths for Change Nigeria (Africa) & Diaspora (CYCN) is a peaceful, non-violent youth movement born out of the urgent need for real change in our beloved nation. CYCN envisions a New Nigeria, one powered by youth leadership, practical solutions, and collective, lawful activism.

We are the voice of millions of Nigerian youths who are tired of empty promises, government lapses, and cycles of poverty. Our mission is simple:

• To speak out against wrongs.
• To push peaceful, legal reforms.
• And to unite Nigerian youths as one powerful force as we march toward 2031, when youth leadership will finally take the presidential stage.

We do not believe in violence. We do not believe in chaos.
At CYCN, we believe in voice, unity, lawful action, and practical solutions, not theories.

CYCN’s Seven Point Agenda

We will revamp Nigeria’s healthcare system, building hospitals and clinics that provide quality care for all citizens, whether rich or poor, rural or urban. Every Nigerian deserves accessible, affordable, and modern healthcare.

We will push new Senate laws to shift our universities away from theory-based education to practical African skills, like cybersecurity, tailoring, agriculture, tech, and building trades. Nigerian graduates should be job-ready immediately after school, not jobless.

We will upgrade Nigeria’s roads, housing, and electricity with youth-led reforms and partnerships. Our youths will design, build, and own the process, creating jobs and modernizing our nation.

We will make transport affordable: free for the elderly (60+ Golden Card holders) and 70% discounted for children while the government pays the transport workers directly. Plus, we’ll launch the Nigeria National Canteen turning every citizen into proud farmers feeding the nation.

We will bring 24/7 electricity by forming local and foreign partnerships and build stronger welfare programs for all citizens, including helping our brothers and sisters abroad ("japa") return and contribute to rebuilding Nigeria.

We will build Smart Cities in every state and modernize Nigeria’s housing system, replacing outdated methods with affordable, quality housing schemes that uplift every family.

We will transform NYSC into an entrepreneurship and agriculture empowerment program. NYSC will fund startups, create jobs, and prepare graduates for remote jobs or businesses not migration.

Horain’s Youthful Vision for Nigeria

Horain is calling every Nigerian youth:

• To challenge the domination of PDP and APC through peaceful, legal political action.
• To take over INEC through lawful means and ensure elections truly reflect the people’s choice.
• To partner with national concerts, football leagues, and religious groups to drive social change and inspire action.

By 2031, Horain and CYCN believe Nigerian youths will not just be protesting they will be leading: in government, in business, in communities.
